Shipping: We ship all orders via US Mail or UPS. For expedited shipping or shipping to other areas, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
Return Policy: Exodus One, LLC OFFERS A FIFTEEN (15) DAY RETURN POLICY. We reserve the right to deny returns. There may be a restocking fee from 20% to 50% of the order. It is our policy to require Return Merchandise Authorizations on any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. No return will be honored after 15 days from date of shipment.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirements: RMAs can only be obtained by calling Exodus One, LLC at 877-731-9903 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Have the invoice and item number available when you call. Once an RMA is issued, you have 15 days to return all the items listed on the RMA; only the items listed on the RMA will be credited. All returns, other than defective product, must be unopened, in original packaging and in resellable condition. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or we will refuse delivery. Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of all items listed on the RMA.
Errors in Shipment: If you have received a mis-shipment due to our error, you have 15 days to make a claim. Please see RMA Requirements above.
Cancellation of Orders: Any order cancelled after order placement is subject to a restocking charge and/or may not be cancelled. That decision is at the discretion of Exodus One, LLC.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are also not responsible for any typographical or other errors or omissions on this web site.
